Embedded Software Architect

We are seeking an accomplished Embedded Software Architect to design and develop complex software functions within a global team.

About the Role:

This position involves collaborating with a talented group of professionals to create innovative software solutions. As an Embedded Software Architect, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and integrating robust embedded software that interacts directly with hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and integrate high-quality embedded software at both high and low levels.
  • Main objective: Develop, test, and integrate robust, well-documented embedded software at both high and low levels that interacts directly with hardware.
  • Mentor junior team members and demonstrate thought leadership in embedded software architecture, design, and development.
  • Collaborate and actively network with stakeholders for new technologies/ideas incubation and information sharing.
  • Perform competitive intelligence and IP analysis.
  • Provide technical support for products, including field investigations, application support, and factory support.
Requirements:
  • B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering with 6+ years of experience.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of C, C++, and exposure to firmware language programming.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (DO-178C preferred).
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills on real target hardware (hands-on experience is an advantage).
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications in software engineering.
  • Experience in advanced software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Expertise in real-time operating systems (RTOS) and high-level embedded systems programming.
