  • Monitor the entire IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, applications, and associated jobs.
  • Analyze alerts in real-time, prioritize issues, troubleshoot, manage escalations, handle incidents, and resolve problems promptly.
  • Conduct proactive maintenance to safeguard the health of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Take full ownership of events from detection through resolution.
  • Mentor junior associates and staff.
  • Transfer knowledge to team members and contribute to best practices.
  • Install monitoring agents, monitor capacity levels, and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with Application Support, Development, Storage, Server, Database, and VM teams.
  • Review system event logs, identify configuration errors, and manage system software verification.
  • Monitor usage levels, identify runaway processes, and configure alerts for Oracle and SQL databases.
