Job Role Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished accounting professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting compliance across direct and indirect taxes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Vendor payments and customer invoicing
  • Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of GST returns, TDS payments, income tax provisions, and other applicable financial compliances
  • Assist in preparation of monthly MIS reports, audit schedules, and cash flow statements
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and regulatory purposes
  • Coordinate with external consultants on compliance and filing matters

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Commerce degree (mandatory)
  • Chartered Accountancy intermediate or semi-qualified CA (preferred)
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax compliance

Essential Skills:

  • Technical skills: Indian Accounting Standards, basic financial controls, Tally ERP, MS Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas
  • Soft skills: high attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving mindset, effective communication, teamwork, and ability to manage timelines and multitask
