Lead Data Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a Lead Data Innovation Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning models that deliver tangible business outcomes. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand complex business challenges, design innovative solutions, and implement scalable data-driven strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in building complete ML products, from problem analysis and data selection to production deployment and monitoring.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in deep learning, computer vision, and NLP.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype and evaluate algorithms.
  • Experience working with text-only and multimodal SLMS, including finetuning and building robust eval pipelines specific to use cases.
  • Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
  • Excellent programming skills, especially relevant to building robust ML models.
  • Domain experience in Fintech is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience publishing in top-tier conferences and journals will be considered a plus.
