**Video Editor Developer Role Overview**

Supercoder is seeking a skilled developer to create a reliable MVP for video cut editing. This role requires implementing the core editing flow in Flutter, including import via file_picker, timeline thumbnail filmstrip with playhead, and export with FFmpegKit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the core editing flow in Flutter, incorporating video import via file_picker
  • Develop a timeline thumbnail filmstrip with playhead functionality, allowing users to tap/drag and manipulate the video
  • Split and delete selected segments, ensuring only one segment remains
  • Preview playback that skips deleted segments for seamless user experience

The ideal candidate will have production experience with Flutter, a practical understanding of FFmpeg/media pipelines, and knowledge of both Android and iOS platforms.

Required Skills:
  • Production-level experience with Flutter development
  • Practical understanding of FFmpeg and media pipeline concepts
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms

Nice-to-have skills include expertise in timeline editing UX, performance tuning, CI/CD, and release workflows.
