We are seeking a skilled SLP Specialist to support the growth of our Security Program. The successful candidate will provide critical security services, conduct thorough investigations, and protect assets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Loss Prevention Plans in high-risk areas
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Carry out surprise checks and generate detailed reports at designated stations
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and implement necessary improvements
  • Provide expert insights on loss prevention strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and mitigate security risks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience and professional certification
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Security, Law Enforcement, or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of Shrink Management, Data Analysis, and process improvement methodologies
