Reporting and Analytics Professional

About the Role:

The Reporting and Analytics Professional transforms raw data into actionable insights that support operational efficiency and business strategy. This role ensures accurate, timely reporting and provides analysis that drives decision-making within the contact center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad-hoc analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop a strong understanding of KPIs and use them to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to effectively visualize data.
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through effective data storytelling.
  • Maintain data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems.
  • Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis to optimize resource allocation.
  • Recommend and track process improvements based on data insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards to protect sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a contact center or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Strong knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Solid understanding of SQL and ability to query databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
