Job Description

Cloud Infrastructure Professional required for the administration of Azure IaaS, PaaS & SaaS services with 2-4 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage infrastructure services like Virtual Machines, Databases, Storage accounts, Application Gateways, Load balancers, Kubernetes Clusters, VNETs, WAF, and DevOps components.
  • Deploy and configure Azure tenants, subscriptions, resources, resource groups, Network Security Groups, and backup and disaster recovery processes using Azure services.
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Terraform, Ansible or equivalent Infrastructure as Code automation tools and technologies.
  • Work with Azure Resource Manager Templates (ARM Templates) and implement containerization using Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Collaborate with delivery engineering teams to drive success in consulting engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with firewall rule configuration.
  • Knowledge of Azure services used for Backup and Disaster Recovery.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience with Terraform, Ansible or equivalent IaC automation tools and technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Azure Resource Manager Templates (ARM Templates).
  • General working knowledge of Kubernetes design and implementation.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps including Azure Pipelines, Azure Boards, and Azure Repos.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundations Certification.
  • Desired Certifications: AZ 104, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps Engineer.
  • Additional technology areas and experience: Linux, PowerShell, BASH, Cloud platform specific automation tooling, additional scripting languages, additional software development languages, data experience, networking experience.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with delivery engineering teams.
  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information.
  • Ability to understand and follow complex instructions and guidelines.
