Actuarial Expert

This role involves delivering exceptional client experiences through detailed checking and effective communication. We are seeking a candidate who can work independently, build trust with colleagues, and make informed decisions.

We need someone who can:

• Ensure the quality of all work to minimize rework
• Monitor progress to ensure timely completion
• Effectively manage projects and tasks
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
• Participate in knowledge sharing, training, and process improvement initiatives

To succeed in this position, you will require:

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience in actuarial roles
• Familiarity with pension or PRM and actuarial fundamentals
• A working knowledge of actuarial valuation tools
• Strong EXCEL and Word skills
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
