Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Director, Billing Manager to join our BILLING team in Pune or Chennai.

About the Job

This role is responsible for leading a Billing Product Support area consisting of multiple teams. The successful candidate will set departmental priorities, allocate resources, and develop policies to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage industry best practices to implement improvements.
  • Manage performance, coach staff, and guide project management.
  • Determine needed improvements through review and analysis of problems reported.
  • Participate in long-term planning for the Billing function.
  • Track and report on performance, and provide feedback at critical times.
  • Maintain relationships with senior business leaders to report trends and needs.
  • Lead a Billing area consisting of multiple teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of plus years of total work experience, with at least - plus years of management experience preferred.
  • Experience in financial services, preferably in Billing Operations or with billing products like ORMB.
