Key Responsibilities:

  • Meme Creation: Conceptualize humorous, relatable, and shareable memes centered around romance, relationships, and pop culture, leveraging static, carousel, video/GIF formats.
  • Video Editing: Edit scenes from web series into short, witty meme edits for Instagram Reels, blending creativity with technical expertise.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay attuned to social media trends, viral formats, and meme culture to craft timely and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Content Ideation: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm meme concepts tied to the brand's shows, stories, and characters, fostering innovative storytelling.
  • Community Engagement: Develop memes that spark conversations, comments, and shares within the audience community, nurturing a sense of belonging and interaction.
  • Experimentation: Continuously test different formats (text memes, reels, templates, GIFs) and analyze performance data to maximize virality and engagement.
  • Consistency: Maintain a steady pipeline of daily/weekly meme content that keeps the page lively, relevant, and fresh, ensuring our audience remains engaged and entertained.
  • Analytics: Monitor meme performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate quickly to optimize content strategy and drive maximum reach and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Developed sense of humor, sarcasm, and awareness of meme culture, enabling creation of authentic and relatable content.
  • Proficiency in video editing and graphic tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.), facilitating seamless content creation and post-production.
  • Understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and viral content strategy, allowing for informed content decisions and effective engagement.
  • Passion for fiction, romance, and relationship-based content, driving creativity and dedication to delivering high-quality content.
