About the Role

Our ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive school counseling program, focusing on student success.

  • Ensure equal access to opportunities and rigorous curriculum for all students.
  • Provide direct support services through structured interventions.
  • Evaluate areas of strength (KSAOs) and advocate for students.
  • Collaborate and consult with parents, teachers, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, interpreting test results, and analyzing student records. They will also gather and analyze data to measure progress and complete regular reports.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a competitive school counseling program.
