Oracle Finance Functional Consultant

Our company seeks a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Finance solutions.

- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

- Utilize experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to understand legacy systems and facilitate smooth transitions to Oracle Finance.

- Manage data migration activities, including planning, executing data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Finance, using tools like FBDI and ADFDI templates.

- Configure tax setups and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.

- Implement and manage budget control processes within Oracle Finance

.- Utilize Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology) and OUM (Oracle Unified Method) methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide support during the testing phase.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions and integrations as needed.

- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.

- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide innovative financial solutions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant
  • Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have completed 3-4 full-cycle implementation projects (end-to-end)
