About the Role

Vendasta, a leading SaaS company, seeks an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to drive financial excellence across the organization. This pivotal role demands a Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal controls within the Finance department.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, including TDS, GST, and income tax, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to verify accuracy and compliance.
Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software like Netsuite or similar platforms.
Cash Flow Management & Analysis
  • Assist in cash flow management and reporting to optimize liquidity.
  • Conduct financial analyses to identify trends and provide insights for improvement.
Liaison & Support
  • Serve as a point of contact with banks, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide support to internal teams on financial performance and queries.
Requirements
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Netsuite).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
