We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you're passionate about pets and love helping people, this is the perfect role for you.

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their shopping experience is exceptional from start to finish.
  • Understand customer needs and provide personalized recommendations on products and services that meet their requirements.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages customers to explore and engage with our offerings.
  • Manage and coordinate pet spa appointments and services, providing exceptional care and attention to detail.
  • Handle home delivery orders and ensure timely dispatch, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Stay informed about products, new arrivals, and promotions, making valuable recommendations to customers and driving sales growth.
  • Process sales through our POS system and handle cash/card transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist in stock management and store opening/closing duties, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A passion for pets and basic knowledge of pet products, combined with a desire to learn and grow in your career.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Responsible, punctual, and a team player, with a commitment to supporting your colleagues and achieving shared goals.
  • BASIC computer knowledge is a plus, but not required.
