We are seeking an experienced professional to manage client renewals within our Hospitality Cloud division. The ideal candidate will drive retention and customer loyalty, grow current client revenues, and foster strong relationships with customers.
This role will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned renewal customers, negotiating and closing contracts while identifying additional opportunities for engagement. You will collaborate with Account Managers to maintain and expand Cvent's customer footprint.
Leveraging a structured renewal framework, you will focus on closing contract renewals among Cvent's streamlined customers. Key responsibilities include presenting products and services information, building rapport with customers through phone conversations, setting aggressive revenue goals, and accurately forecasting sales opportunities.
You will also be responsible for handling customer renewals to prevent contractual gaps, escalating customer questions and issues to support teams, and overseeing projects to conclusion.
- Requirements:
- Spanish Language Expertise: A must-have skill to succeed in this role.
- Bachelor's Degree: Required, with strong academic performance desired.
- Customer-Facing Experience: At least 4+ years in a revenue-generating role, preferably in SaaS/technology/hospitality space.
- Sales Goals: History of exceeding sales targets is highly desired.
- Consultative Selling: Proven ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines, including relationship management, product demonstrations, and closing contracts.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience selling digital marketing solutions, hospitality software, and travel planning services, as well as working in the Event Management industry.
