As a Research Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team driven by a singular mission: to empower businesses making a difference. You will contribute to our research platform, revolutionizing the way enterprises consume insights, by conducting market analysis, data assessment, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to support consultants in delivering actionable insights.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including databases, surveys, and reports to help define research objectives and ensure data aligns with client needs.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data visualizations to summarize key findings and drive business decisions.
  • Assist in benchmarking and comparative analysis for client projects, staying up-to-date with market trends and emerging technologies relevant to clients.
Requirements:
  • A strong foundation in statistics and research methods, preferably with a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills.
