About Insights & Advisory (IA):

Our IA team provides strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data. We help decision-makers make informed choices that positively impact their organization's performance and bottom line.

What you will be doing at our organization:

  • Define problem statements and initial hypotheses, designing optimal research approaches with mixed research techniques (e.g., primary/secondary/basic modeling)
  • Structure and present data and results using relevant frameworks
  • Arrive at key messages/highlights addressing key objectives as summaries of results
  • Present results of the research to stakeholders and handle queries
  • Participate in team discussions on project-specific areas
  • Conduct market assessments and trend analyses across sub-segments, therapy areas to assess market attractiveness, players, pipeline assets, and product portfolios
  • Benchmark competitors and track media monitoring, product profiling, medical/scientific, and marketing aspects, SWOT analysis, clinical pipeline analysis, etc.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in MedTech, diagnostics strategy-related projects
  • Experience in consulting and strategy-oriented projects
  • Experience in working across life sciences value chain projects, specifically market assessment projects covering market attractiveness, strategic imperatives, competitor strategies, insights gathering through secondary/primary research, analysis, and reporting
  • Mindset to identify and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with attentive and active listening
  • Ability to respect time and complete tasks within areas of responsibility in a timely manner
  • Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to the firm's goals and mission
  • Command over MS Office and basic MS Excel
  • Degree in M.Pharm/B.Pharm/B.Tech(Biotech)/B.E(Biotech)/M.Tech(Biotech)/MBA
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
