Cloud Infrastructure Management Role

An accomplished IT Infrastructure Manager is required to oversee and manage the company's cloud-based infrastructure, focusing on cloud management, vendor relationships, and IT administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain cloud systems, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business needs.
  • Build and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, SLAs, and pricing.
  • Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
  • Ensure availability, performance, and security of IT systems, implementing IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in cloud infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies.
  • Proficiency in cloud computing platforms and services, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Strong project management skills, experience in budgeting and financial management for IT projects.
  • Ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures, make data-driven decisions, and troubleshoot complex IT issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in information technology infrastructure management.
  • Proven experience in managing IT vendors and negotiating contracts.
