Cost Management Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting managers in achieving service excellence and positive outcomes for clients; showcasing high levels of technical capability, sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of key drivers or cost and value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to Team Leaders and Service Leaders in delivering real estate led developments, taking on day-to-day delivery responsibility with minimal supervision.
  • Assist in coaching and developing subordinate team members to achieve service excellence.
  • Deliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Utilize JLL best practice tools and processes, including technology, to support delivery.
  • Interpret client briefs and senior manager instructions to convert into delivery plans.
  • Take ownership of small to medium-sized projects or significant components of larger Cost Management assignments.
  • Understand and comply with business risk and project delivery parameters, including scope of service agreed by others.
  • Capture and share knowledge, contributing to service improvement and innovation as part of JLL's way.
  • Represent the company professionally and diligently at all times.
Requirements:
  • Approx. 5 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of working in the cost management field.
  • Familiarity with fit-out experience is desirable.
  • Degree in a related subject (BE B.Tech - Civil).
  • MRICS would be advantageous.
