Job Title: Senior JavaScript QA

At our organization, we are seeking a passionate and skilled QA Engineer to join our digital technology team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with innovative thinkers, advisors, and leaders to build cutting-edge solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation using known software testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman etc.). A deep understanding of QA and development methodologies is also essential for success in this position.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the digital technology team in coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining the architecture of client solutions.
  • Elaborate test plans and test cases with well-documented scenarios for the new frontend web application and REST APIs.
  • Develop automated scripts with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Cypress, ensuring a high test coverage according to industry best practices.
  • Perform manual testing as needed and document results according to industry standards.
  • Participate in requirement gathering with the development team to identify optimal solutions for the new application and its services.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation using known software testing tools and frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of QA and development methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Good coding skills in JavaScript.
  • Experience with a defect tracking system (e.g., Gitlab, Jira, VSTS).
  • High-level English (very good writing skills, fluent speech).
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (we use Jenkins).
  • Experience with Web automation testing.
  • Experience in Server-side automation testing.
  • Experience with performance testing.
  • Experience with Docker.
  • Experience with TypeScript.
