The Digital Business Unit is a pioneering initiative within the bank, dedicated to revolutionizing banking by building innovative products and propositions. Our aim is to discover and solve latent customer needs through human-centered design principles.

We are seeking an accomplished Growth Manager to spearhead the adoption and engagement of our mobile app across various customer segments. This role involves driving new customer acquisition, crafting strategies for cross-sell and win-back initiatives, and increasing transaction intensity.

As a key member of the Digital Banking team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the digital business of the bank. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing user journeys to identify improvement areas and increase visitors and conversions on our platform
  • Working closely with product, analytics, and digital marketing teams to design targeted campaigns based on customer personas and digital outreach
  • Using data analytics and segmentation to inform marketing strategies and conducting A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize user journeys
  • Developing end-to-end measurement frameworks for growth experiments, ensuring data accuracy and impact assessment

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in growth or product marketing for a digital business or apps
  • A customer-centric mindset and attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management tools like Moengage, Clevertap, Google Analytics, and Adobe, as well as data extracting and interpretation tools like SQL and Power BI
  • Prior experience executing D2C campaigns and content strategies
  • A portfolio of successful digital projects, preferably in the fintech or NBFC space
