Job Opportunity

Constelli is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the development of complex analog and digital hardware systems from architectural specification to schematic design, PCB layout, simulation, prototyping, and validation.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in mixed-signal design principles, system-level integration, and SI/PI analysis. They will be responsible for designing high-performance mixed-signal circuits for defense-grade electronics and developing and verifying high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR3/4, AXI, JESD204B/C, USB/Ethernet/HDMI.

  • Design high-performance mixed-signal circuits for defense-grade electronics.
  • Develop and verify high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR3/4, AXI, JESD204B/C, USB/Ethernet/HDMI.
  • Integrate embedded processors and associated circuitry.
  • Lead firmware integration and oversee embedded development using microcontrollers in C/C++.
  • Manage complete PCB design cycle including schematic capture, layout, and DFM/DFT practices.
  • Perform Signal Integrity and Power Integrity simulations and troubleshoot high-speed digital designs.
  • Drive prototypes bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation.
  • Collaborate with software, FPGA, and mechanical design teams.
Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Microelectronics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in mixed-signal circuit design, including high-speed digital and precision analog systems.
  • Strong expertise in PCB design tools (Altium Designer, Cadence, Mentor Graphics) and simulation platforms.
  • Solid foundation in analog/mixed-signal design principles, system-level integration, and SI/PI analysis.
