Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable solutions using .Net technologies in a collaborative agile environment with expertise in C#, ASP.net Core, and Web API.
  • Document solutions and conduct code reviews to ensure SOLID principles and standard design patterns are applied.
  • Evaluate new technologies, languages, or development practices to improve implementation.
  • Collaborate with Agile practitioners to maintain focus on delivering sprint commitments.
  • Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices like Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Code Reviews, TDD, and Functional/Non-Functional testing.
  • Identify and deliver reusable components or decouple components from the existing codebase to build a framework.
  • Lead code reviews with team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Mentor development team members and lead sessions on solution structure and design implementation approaches.

Requirements

  • B.E/B. Tech/MCA or equivalent professional degree.
  • 3-6 years of experience designing and developing n-tier Web applications using .Net Framework, .Net Core, ASP.Net, WCF, and C#.
  • Expertise in C#, modern UI technologies, and database technologies.
  • Strong understanding of modern architectural and design patterns.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automation testing and modern testing practices.
  • Strong exposure to Agile software development methodologies and enabling tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decisions.
