The Chief of Staff/Executive Operations Director plays a pivotal role in driving business success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level administrative support, collaborating with leadership on strategy, conducting research, and managing executive-level communication.
  • Leading initiatives to drive growth, optimizing processes with analytics tools, and implementing business proposals and operational frameworks.
  • Managing cross-functional projects, developing systems to improve efficiency, and monitoring project performance.
  • Spearheading operational excellence initiatives, automating workflows, and enhancing data-driven decision-making.
  • Acting as a liaison between the executive and stakeholders, building strong relationships, and representing the executive in meetings.

The Ideal Candidate


We seek a seasoned professional with:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic roles, including project management and digital transformation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, VBA, Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and project management tools.
  • Strong research, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on aligning tactics to long-term goals.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and optimizing workflows for efficiency.
