Test Automation Expert

We're seeking a skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites to verify software functionality, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop test plans and test cases accordingly.
  • Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable efficient testing and delivery of software updates.
  • Identify and prioritize test scenarios based on risk analysis and business impact.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Mentor junior members of the QA team and provide technical guidance on testing best practices and automation techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing and test automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency in test tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Circle CI, or GitLab CI.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
