Operations Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to play a crucial role in the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and be able to lead a team to achieve operational excellence.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring compliance with existing rules and regulations
  • Standardizing formats according to government, brand or industry requirements
  • Documenting collections and verification as per commitment given to brands
  • Proactively following up with key brands and stakeholders associated with Recykal
  • Handling multiple teams on-field and off-field
  • Increasing efficiency of team by building optimized processes of completions
  • Maintaining constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols
  • Actively pursuing strategic and operational objectives
  • Ensuring operational activities remain on time and within defined scope
  • Tracking staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
  • Partnering with cross-functional support teams in improving the processes of implementation
  • Working closely with legal and safety departments to ensure activities remain compliant

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in handling operations
  • Past experience in waste management field is a welcomed advantage
  • Ability to work efficiently and on multiple projects at once
  • Strong interpersonal skills with solid ability to persuade others, build consensus and work in a team
