Job Title:

A highly skilled Operations Manager with expertise in managing critical facilities and data centers.

About the Role:

The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring uptime meets customer requirements, and maintaining reliability and efficiency of DC operation. This includes owning SOW and SLAs, PPM, safety, audit readiness, compliance, space management, and electrical infrastructure.

  • Lead a team to execute planned and unplanned activities within timelines and ensure good communication.
  • Track and close complaints within SLA deviations.
  • Manage incidents, perform RCA, and implement recommendations within set timelines.
  • Oversee asset management, warranty, AMC, lifecycle, and capacity management.
  • Monitor 5 PPM tracking and completion with OEMs and ensure 100% availability of equipment.
  • Manage vendors with RAT and TAT on complaints and maintain redundant equipment uptime.
  • Track and maintain records for all stocks according to BCP requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. An Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree.
  2. Proven relevant work experience in Data Center Industry.
  3. Solid technical background with hands-on experience in data center infrastructure.
  4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
Working Experience:

We require at least 7+ years of progressive data center and/or critical facilities experience.

Educational Level:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
