Core Responsibilities:
  • You will contribute to all areas of development and operations (pre-production to production) as a key member of our engineering practice.
  • You will help others refine their skills by sharing your high-level technical knowledge.
  • You will be part of day-to-day production release teams and may perform on-call support functions as needed.

A DevOps mindset is key to success in this role, as engineers commonly work with full DevOps teams that own all parts of software development, release pipelines, production monitoring, security, and support.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies
  • Performing engineering assignments using existing procedures and best practices
  • Conducting research to aid product troubleshooting and optimization efforts
  • Working closely with global teams to ensure effective technical solutions
  • Providing escalation points and participating in on-call support rotations
  • Actively monitoring key metrics and reporting trends
  • Participating in our Engineering Community of Practice
  • Contributing to engineering automation, management, or development of production-level systems
  • Contributing to project engineering design and standards verification
  • Performing reliability monitoring and support to ensure products meet guest expectations

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.

A strong understanding of CI/CD principles and best practices is essential for success in this role.
