Advanced Conversational AI Engineer

We're revolutionizing conversational platforms with our innovative AI solution.

A subscription to our platform provides users with access to six leading AI models, eliminating the need for separate subscriptions and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contextual Chat Sessions: Implement persistence, token optimization, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for seamless conversations.
  2. High-Throughput APIs: Design and optimize REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets/SSE APIs with rate limiting and fault tolerance.
  3. Usage-Based Analytics: Integrate billing systems and analytics for real-time insights into user behavior.
  4. Secure User Management: Develop a multi-tenant user management system with granular authentication/authorization controls.
  5. Event-Driven Architectures: Leverage Kafka, Pub/Sub, or equivalent technologies for real-time processing and monitoring.
  6. Database Optimization: Optimize database schemas and queries for low-latency chat history retrieval using PostgreSQL, pgvector, or Supabase.
  7. Knowledge Graph Pipelines: Implement pipelines using Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector for knowledge grounding and entity recognition.
  8. Scalable Architecture: Ensure scalability with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  9. Observability and Monitoring: Set up distributed tracing, structured logging, metrics, and error tracking for debugging and performance analysis.
  10. AI Safety and Moderation: Apply moderation APIs, prompt filtering, and structured outputs to ensure responsible AI development.

This role requires a strong understanding of conversational AI, software engineering, and architecture design principles. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple AI frameworks, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps practices.
