Job Title

Security is a top priority in today's digital world. As a DLP Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive data.

Here are some key responsibilities:

  • Defining and deploying DLP Endpoint profiles to safeguard data across various platforms.
  • Managing Access Roles in DLP, including super users, system admins, policy managers, incident managers, and external auditors, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Upgrading DLP servers, backing up and archiving old incidents, and maintaining data consistency.
  • Developing Incident management and escalation workflows, as well as documenting DLP processes and procedures, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Forcepoint DLP.

2. Proven track record of managing teams and hands-on experience in commissioning and implementing various DLP solutions on Windows and Linux environments.

3. Strong understanding of data classification, automation using scripting, and knowledge of BCP/DR of DLP.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor endpoints, Web, Email, etc., and analyze data produced by the client DLP system.

Requirements:

BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MSc/ MCA /MS degree from an accredited institution.

Role-specific Skills:

Hands-on experience with AD, IAM, SIEM, Web, Email, etc.

Understanding of cloud computing and virtualization.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
