BizGenie seeks a senior machine learning engineer to develop and implement cutting-edge AI features enhancing user experience, automating decisions, and personalizing the platform at scale.

We are looking for an expert in AI/ML or data science roles with 5+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and rank freelancer proposals based on project relevance, past performance, and profile match.
  • Suggest freelancers or projects based on user activity, preferences, and historical data.
  • Improve logic for future integration of summarization, AI-generated replies, and chat moderation.
  • Tailor dashboards, feed content, and marketing messages using machine learning.
  • Implement similarity search using FAISS or Pinecone with OpenAI or HuggingFace models.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Python and key ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, Transformers).
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.).
  • Experience deploying AI models or services in production (Docker, cloud, CI/CD).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
