About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading high-growth businesses and driving financial success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategic plans, preparing and managing quarterly and annual operating plans, budgeting, and forecasting.

A key responsibility of this role is to act as a co-pilot with business teams, taking ownership of outcomes amidst uncertainty. This includes evaluating and constructing commercial proposals for category margins, leading negotiations, and driving targets with business teams.

In addition, the General Manager will collaborate with operation managers to reduce inefficient costs, optimize for steady-state costing, and set up processes for sustainable optimal cost. They will also facilitate financial review meetings, working with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management, and providing data-driven recommendations and follow-through with business leaders.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams. A self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction and develop new approaches to business problems is required.
