Main Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by actively listening to their needs, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the experience center journey and sales process.

* Build relationships through effective communication with customers, architects, and interior designers to grow the business and identify new sales opportunities.

* Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer grievances and escalations.

Requirements:

* 0-3 years of experience in interior design or a similar retail industry.

* Graduate or Diploma qualification.

* Excellent communication skills, both regional language and English.
