About the Job:
In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the implementation of a consistent and effective user experience across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design aesthetically pleasing interfaces that align with the luxury brand identity of Della.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably within the luxury goods or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX and visual design work, including case studies that highlight your design process and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user.
