Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will involve developing high-quality visual materials for various campaigns, as well as collaborating with marketing and sales teams to deliver effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design static creatives for digital, print, and outdoor advertising campaigns.
- Conceptualize branding elements for brochures, hoardings, social media graphics, website banners, and event collaterals.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure creative briefs are met and design solutions are effective.
- Collaborate with content and client servicing teams.
- Maintain design consistency across all media platforms and projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with branding, campaign creatives, and social media graphics.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
