Job Title

We are seeking a Visual Communications Specialist to join our team.

  • This role will involve working closely with our consulting team to develop high-quality visual outputs across a range of formats.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a refined design aesthetic, and the ability to interpret abstract business concepts and transform them into structured, visually compelling formats.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain internal design systems, including templates, icon libraries, style guides, and reusable slide libraries.
  • Collaborate with team members to translate complex business ideas into clear, structured, and visually compelling formats.
  • Support the design and structuring of visual materials across presentations, reports, proposals, and digital assets, in line with firm standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related field.
  • 2 - 5 years of professional experience in a visual design role, preferably within consulting, corporate strategy, corporate communications, strategic design, market research, knowledge management, research & insights, or other professional services environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, along with strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
