Job Title: Infor XA Specialist

Seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Infor XA Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to customize Infor XA, supporting user queries/issues across all ERP XA modules, and managing daily application health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and document technical solutions to enhance Infor XA functionality.
  • Provide timely and effective support to users across various ERP XA modules.
  • Maintain optimal system uptime, responsiveness, and resolve break/fix issues in a timely manner.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customizations, develop and test software patches, and suggest improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of SQL queries and performance fine-tuning.
  • Familiarity with IDF framework, COM, inventory management, purchasing, production monitoring, and control.
  • Experience with Master scheduling, MRP, ecommerce, supply chain, and manufacturing execution is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Infor IFM AP/AR/GL and implementation experience is preferred.
  • Ability to install, upgrade, and maintain ERP and Business Systems software.
