The HR Generalist will support the HR Head in plant recruitments, preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process, referral programs, and interview scheduling. They will also oversee daily HR operations, develop and implement HR initiatives, and plan corporate social responsibility events.
Key Responsibilities- Support the HR Head in recruitment and hiring processes
- Manage daily HR operations and oversee HR initiatives
- Develop and implement HR systems and processes
- Plan and conduct corporate social responsibility events
- Implement strategies to promote positive employee relations and engagement
- Comply with labor laws and regulations, and develop policies
- Facilitate employee disputes and grievances, and conduct investigations
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees
The ideal candidate will have an MBA or equivalent master's degree in Human Resources, and 6-8 years of experience in plant HR operations.
