Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Engineer to join our team in a dynamic, safety-critical manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be a recent engineering graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in the production of industrial safety products, including personal protective equipment (PPE), safety systems, and hazard monitoring devices.

  • Assist in day-to-day operations on the production floor, assembly line, or quality control.
  • Learn and apply manufacturing processes, machine operations, and safety protocols.
  • Support engineers in the design, testing, and implementation of safety product components.
  • Monitor product quality and participate in inspections, testing, and root cause analysis of defects.
  • Maintain documentation for production processes, test results, and compliance reports.
  • Participate in training programs related to ISO standards, safety regulations, and lean manufacturing.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, R&D, and Maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Fresh Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineers, Science Graduates with 1-2 years of experience and an MBA, possess a basic understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical electrical systems.

Candidates should also have good communication and teamwork skills, willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment, as well as familiarity with safety norms and quality standards, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CAD tools, or PLC programming based on department is an advantage.
