Marketing & Public Relations Specialist

At Bubz, our approach to marketing is centered around creating impactful experiences across multiple platforms. As a Marketing & PR Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that elevate the brand's visibility.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Lead public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and feature placement.
  • Manage on-ground marketing initiatives, such as pop-ups, collaborations with cafes, college events, seeding events, and lifestyle partnerships.
  • Pursue strategic partnerships with gyms, restaurants, bars, and lifestyle brands.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative team to craft campaigns that align with the Bubz tone.
  • Ensure seamless execution of collaborations and sponsorships with measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor ROI for campaigns and events, combining data-driven insights with creative strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–4 years of experience in marketing/PR/brand activations, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience in managing events, partnerships, and influencer programs.
  • A balance of creativity and operational skills: able to pitch the brand to media one day and run a pop-up the next.
  • A strong professional network in media, F&B, or lifestyle spaces would be beneficial.
  • High-energy, experimental, and thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
