Senior Executive - Client Servicing

We are seeking a skilled Senior Executive to join our team at Boomlet. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, communications, PR, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client requirements and queries.
  • Understand client objectives and ensure seamless communication with clarity.
  • Support the team in maintaining positive client relationships.
Strategy Support & Content Development:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to draft high-quality communication materials such as briefing notes, presentations, and one-pagers.
  • Gather valuable insights, case studies, and industry news to support client deliverables.
  • Contribute to thought-leadership initiatives under guidance.
Execution & Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality outputs on time.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure processes run smoothly.
  • Provide operational support to the Unit Lead/Manager for client projects.
Research & Insights:
  • Conduct research, competitor benchmarking, and trend tracking.
  • Monitor industry and digital trends to identify potential communication opportunities.
Business Support:
  • Identify small opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
  • Support the team in preparing pitches and proposals.
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Assist in preparing performance reports with clear insights and learnings.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, structured, and aligned with client expectations.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and coordination skills, good writing and presentation abilities, awareness of digital media, influencers, and media landscapes, and proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
