Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Credit function. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit expert to take on a leadership role and drive business growth.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Credit, with at least 18 years of industry experience. They will have a proven track record of leading Credit functions in Banking or NBFCs and will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Credit policies and processes that align with the company's goals and objectives. They will also be responsible for managing a team of Credit professionals and ensuring that all credit decisions are made in accordance with the company's risk appetite.

Requirements:
  • Qualification: CA or MBA Finance from a reputable B-School
  • Experience: At least 18 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Credit policy and process
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Technical Skills:
    • Understanding of Lending norms
