About This Role

This position oversees electrical sub-station site management, ensuring the smooth execution of civil and electrical works.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage construction site teams to ensure performance standards are met, project goals achieved, and procedures adhered to.
  • Implement quality procedures and work instructions to ensure construction activities meet customer satisfaction and comply with standards.
  • Maintain a healthy environment by monitoring and controlling site housekeeping, cleaning, safety, and security.
  • Lead and manage construction site teams, providing feedback on know-how and skills for staff deployed at the construction sites.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of professional experience preferably in HVDC projects, overall experience of 8-10 Years.
  • Basic knowledge of high-voltage DC construction and commissioning works.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead work teams in challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with international standards and best practices in construction.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and sound industry practice related to construction work.
