Vendor Master Data Specialist Associate Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of vendor master records.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain, and validate vendor master data across multiple regions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and global procurement standards.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Essential Skills:
  • Vendor onboarding and lifecycle management expertise.
  • Familiarity with SAP Master Data transactions (ECC, MDG, or S/4HANA).
  • Data quality management and cleansing abilities.
  • Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
  • Collaboration with procurement, finance, and compliance teams.
  • Detailed Experience:
  • End-to-end vendor master data maintenance across multiple regions.
  • Ensuring compliance with SOX and GDPR standards.
  • Supporting integration projects and handling duplicate vendor resolution and Tax Identification Number (TIN) matching.
