Job Title: Data Scientist

Data scientists in this role will be responsible for applying machine learning and analytical techniques to create scalable solutions for business problems. They will analyze large amounts of historical business data to help automate and optimize key processes, design and develop innovative ML models, and work closely with software engineering teams to drive real-time model implementations.

The ideal candidate will have experience building models for business applications, a strong background in computer science or related field, and expertise in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. They will also have experience in algorithms and data structures, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or high-performance computing.

  • A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience building models for business application.
  • Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, C++, Python).

This role involves working on various projects simultaneously, mentoring junior team members, and driving the implementation of complex ML models in production. The successful candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and able to effectively communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
