The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP and ecommerce integration, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze and resolve ecommerce order and customer issues* Collaborate with the ecommerce development team to improve the user experience and functionality of our ecommerce platform* Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for customer service and sales teams* Perform regular quality checks and implement process improvements* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies*
