Job Role: Engineering Manager(Java Development)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Excellence: Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms) and hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
  • Leadership Skills: Object-oriented analysis and design skills, strong understanding of n-tier web architecture, workflow, and security.
  • Project Management: Successful prior experience in end-to-end project management using SCRUM/Agile, excellent team management skills for at least 10-12 members.
  • Product Development: Proven experience in designing and/or developing solutions based on products/packages, experience in User Interface Design and Usability or Information Architecture/Data Modeling.
  • Deployment and Support: Product/package deployment, implementation, and support experience will be a plus.
