  • Introduce new banks to our portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Review and analyze bank documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set up limits and execute documents related to borrowings.
  • Ensure timely renewal of limits and prepare audit data for review.
  • Explore various borrowings instruments, such as NCDs and commercial papers, to optimize our debt and equity portfolio.
  • Manage NCD issues, prepare GID/KID documents, and coordinate with lead counsel and trustee.
  • Prepare debt equity reports and monitor our portfolio on a regular basis.
  • Support the team in placing commercial papers and broadening our investor base.
  • Prepare CMA reports for various banks and resolve bank queries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and arrange data from internal stakeholders for stock statements.
  • Ensure timely stock audit compliances, audit, and automation.
  • Prepare end-use certificates for banks and review internal control systems to suggest improvements.
  • Prepare cash budgets and cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal financial management.
  • Ensure CARO-related compliances and review existing standard operating procedures to suggest improvements.
  • Ensure SEBI compliances for NCD issues and other debt instruments.
  • Provide MIS reports related to treasury functions, including information for monthly, quarterly, and annual closures.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of treasury operations and debt management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
