Job Title: Splunk Developer

Splunk Developers are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex data pipelines using the Splunk platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Splunk Admin skills, as well as experience with programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Regex, SQL, and Data Mining.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of data integration and analysis tools, overall experience could be higher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in dashboard requirements discussions
  • Develop solution design and approach
  • Collaborate with Product Owner/BA for functional understanding and clarifications
  • Support functional breakdown structure creation
  • Provide estimations for assigned features
  • Provide guidance to development team
  • Develop and implement Splunk dashboards
  • Work on complex integrations, custom scripts, Splunk forwarders
  • Conduct peer reviews and ensure adherence to standards
  • Participate in sprint activities
  • Performance optimizations
  • Maintain procedural documents, knowledge sharing

Certifications:

  • Splunk certified Power User (optional, but preferred)
  • Splunk certified Admin (optional, but preferred)

Experience working with healthcare organizations is highly valued, but not required.
